Happy Easter!!

For many years now, people have wondered but were afraid to ask. Terry, why are you such an ASSHOLE on Easter Sunday? What is the source of your elevated blood pressure? What makes you so hard to be around? Can you not just enjoy the beautiful Spring morning and the glory of God’s gifts to man? Are you not grateful for his love and the sacrifice of Jesus dying for your sins? Are you pissed about not getting an Easter basket anymore? Why are you stomping around like that? What in the hell are you mad about EVERY Easter Sunday!? These are all valid questions. I AM a total ASS to be around on Easter. Here’s the deal, you know that only a two lane road splits my front yard and that of Bunn Baptist Church, right? I can sum up my intolerable behavior with 2 words: SUNRISE SERVICE!!! I came THIS close to hanging my bare ass out the window this morning at 6am, but thought better of it. I know, I know…I can hear you now….”get your ass up and go!” WHY!? I can hear EVERYTHING from right there in the comforts of my own bed!
