Now that the election is finally over it is time to come together, people. With hope of a better future on the horizon, we can quit hating on each other, quit trying to be right and start working WITH one another to make this world a better place. It’s time to reach across the aisles and over the fences with olive branch in hand and reconnect with loved ones we estranged ourselves from because our political differences. It all seems so silly now doesn’t it? So today, call the friend you haven’t talked to for a while. You don’t have to mention the election and whether you were right and he was wrong or vice versa, just let them know that you still love them and there are more harmonious times ahead.
Oh wait a minute; college basketball season is just around the corner….uhhhhh….never mind. Duke sucks! State, you’re pitiful! Wake Forest, keep trying little feller! Clemson?! Please!
