Well, the OakTeam followed through last night on plans to record the live show in the studio so the peoples of the world can eventually hear what we sound like at the gigs. We haven't played in about a month so it was a little rough around the edges sprinkled with moments of brilliance.
We'll do it again tonight until we get it right. It's gonna include 20 of my favorites and hopefully yours and be available quite cheaply by download only, hopefully sooner than later. I'll play guitar and Dave on drums on "37 Miles in Reverse" and "Church Folks Comin'" just like live. Other goodies include "Boyfriend 2", "Weather or Not" and "Yesterday Clyde Virginia". Stay tuned.
Many thanks to those offering thoughts and prayers to my cousin's family. Believe me, they need all the support they can get. The murder of their child is nothing short of outrageous and you haven't heard the last of this story.

Speaking of Christmas, it's not going to be very happy at your cousin's home. It is my wish this holiday season that they find comfort in their family and friends to help them get through this horrible time.
